This Privacy Policy describes how Coverity Insurance and Financial Solutions, LLC ("Coverity," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through https://coverityifs.com, our landing pages/funnels, and related online services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy also includes additional disclosures for California residents, as required by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").
When you interact with our Services, we may collect personal information described in Section 2 below for the purposes described in Section 3, including to:
Provide quotes, proposals, enrollment support, and policy servicing
Communicate with you about your request by phone, text message, and email
Share information with insurance carriers, general agencies/MGAs/FMOs (including Applied General Agency where applicable), service providers, and trust referral partners as needed to deliver requested services
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations and protect against fraud We do not sell your personal information for money.
The types of personal information we collect depend on what you request (commercial insurance, group benefits, health/Medicare, long-term care, financial services, or living trust referrals).
This may include:
Identifiers & contact information: name, mailing address, email address, phone number
Commercial / workers' comp information: business name, industry, operations, locations, payroll estimates, employee count, job classifications, prior coverage, claims/loss history (including documents you provide such as dec pages and loss runs)
Group benefits information: employer details, census-level information you provide, benefit preferences, renewal documents you provide
Health/Medicare information (if requested): date of birth, household information, coverage needs/preferences, and other information needed for quoting/enrollment/servicing
Long-term care / financial services information (if requested): information you provide relevant to the products and services you request
Living trust referral information (if requested): contact details and request details used to connect you with a non-attorney trust service
When you use our Services, we may collect:
Internet/network activity: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, referring URLs, and similar usage data
Approximate location: general location derived from IP address
Where permitted by law, we may collect:
Call recordings and related call metadata (e.g., time/date, duration)
We use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:
Provide requested services, including quotes, proposals, applications, enrollment, renewals, and policy servicing
Communicate with you by phone, SMS, and email about your request and related services you inquire about
Process and support transactions, including verifying information for underwriting and enrollment
Operate, maintain, and improve our Services (including troubleshooting and customer support)
Security and fraud prevention, including detecting unauthorized activity and protecting systems and customers
Legal and compliance obligations, including insurance and marketing compliance requirements
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients, as needed to provide requested Services and run our business.
We may disclose personal information to:
Insurance carriers and their affiliates involved in underwriting, issuing, and servicing policies
General agencies, MGAs/wholesalers, and FMOs/IMOs involved in providing quotes, plan options, enrollment, and servicing (including, where applicable, Applied General Agency for Medicare-related plan offerings)
We may use third-party vendors to help operate our business and Services, such as:
CRM and communications platforms (including GoHighLevel (GHL) and its underlying email/SMS/telephony providers)
Call tracking and call recording providers
E-signature, scheduling, document management, website hosting, analytics, IT/security vendors
These vendors are authorized to use personal information only as necessary to provide services to us and are expected to protect it.
If you request living trust information, we may disclose information to a non-attorney trust service so they can contact you and provide information.
We may disclose information:
To comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or court order
To regulators and oversight bodies as required
To protect rights, safety, and property (including investigating fraud)
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of business assets, information may be disclosed as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money to unaffiliated third parties.
We do not currently use cross-context behavioral advertising (e.g., remarketing using ad pixels) in a way intended to constitute "sharing" under California law.
If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide appropriate opt-out mechanisms (including honoring applicable opt-out preference signals where required).
We may use cookies and similar technologies for:

Performance and measurement (e.g., understanding how visitors use our site)

Retention periods vary depending on the product and applicable requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no security measure is perfect and no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be secure.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This section applies to California residents and supplements the sections above.
In the last 12 months, we may have collected the categories described in Section 2, which can include:

Personal information described in Cal. Civ. Code ?1798.80(e) (e.g., contact information and insurance-related details you provide)

Depending on your request, we may collect Sensitive Personal Information, such as certain health-related information you submit for health/Medicare quotes or enrollment, and potentially other sensitive data as defined by California law.
We use and disclose SPI only as reasonably necessary to:
Provide requested Services (quotes/enrollment/servicing)
Maintain security and prevent fraud
Comply with law and applicable contractual requirements

You (forms, calls, emails, uploads)
Your device/browser (automatic online collection)
Third parties involved in servicing your request (e.g., carriers, distribution partners, or vendors) where permitted and applicable

We do not sell personal information for money and do not currently engage in cross-context behavioral advertising intended to be "sharing" under CPRA. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism as required.
